Structure characteristics of sandblasting machine:

The fault and solution of small manual sandblasting machine:

1. The cylinder does not vent

Check the pressure of the manometer;

Check the joint of the remote control pipe;

Inspect the rubber pad for breakage.

Process:

Increase the pressure of the air compressor;

Replace the two-color remote control pipe connector;

Replace small rubber pads.

2. No sand flow out of the sand cylinder

Check the pressure of the manometer;

Check whether the trachea connecting the air bag is loose or blocked;

Check whether the adjustment screw is adjusted correctly;

Check whether the large rubber pad or copper sleeve and top core are damaged.
