Dual turntables are mounted on a sprocket drive car.
To clean the die, the operator uses a crane to place two half-dies or movable dies on a rotary table. After the installation is complete, the operator begins to feed the mold into the cleaning tank. Only when all nozzles are returned to the original position can the turntable vehicle move freely. Otherwise the system won't be able to move the car. As the mold moves to the cleaning center position, the operator enters the mold code and startup cycle through the screen.
There are four spouts. Three spouts are used to clean the tread, one of which is used to clean the rim and bead area (with an Angle to clean the slot, front, back and side of the groove). At the end of the cleaning cycle, two air wash nozzles blow the remaining sand to the mold cleaning area. PLC is used to control the length and speed of nozzle movement. The operator needs to input the mold number through the touch screen. While cleaning one die, the operator can load/unload another die.
After the end of the blowing cycle, the operator of the wet sandblasting machine will move the cleaned mold to the outdoor for cleaning, and the uncleaned mold will enter the cleaning room.

The sand blasting mechanism is treated as follows:
When sandblasting, close the power switch, the fan operation;
Pull the trolley out of the engine room;
Loading and unloading of workpieces;
Push the trolley into the engine room, close the self-sealing, the workpiece automatically rotates, the spray gun to the upper surface of the workpiece and the circumference of the surface sandblasting;
After the processing is completed, the workpiece is blown clean with the blowing gun;
After blowing, the trolley will exit the engine room and enter the next round of work cycle.
